On January 4, 2011 Western Bridge’s Financial Solutions Group (FSG) officially exited the ALM consulting business.

On December 14, 2011 Catalyst Corporate won the bid to acquire Western Bridge Corporate's operations and is currently in the process of transition. Catalyst Strategic Solutions, LLC, the wholly owned CUSO of Catalyst Corporate, provides comprehensive ALM Consulting Services.
