Amy Rapp

Amy Rapp is a highly creative, solutions-oriented, business development manager. With the assistance of many department experts and cross-functional teams, she has created and implemented a financial and operational plan that is tailored toward the unique needs of smaller and mid-size credit unions facing today’s competitive challenges. Amy also produces the CU Essentials monthly webcast series to provide education to WesCorp’s member base on a variety of specific topics and solutions. Her primary focus is on introducing the CEOs and CFOs of small to mid-size credit unions to the benefits of a variety of solutions in this challenging investment management and technological environment. Amy started her career on Wall Street, and has worked as a financial advisor in the low to middle income market sectors. She received her BS degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and also attended Skidmore College.

Amy Rapp

Kathy Gensler is a Regional Relationship Manager for WesCorp’s Small to Mid Markets Program. She manages the overall relationship between WesCorp and its members in all aspects of service, products, education and business development. Kathy is one of the primary representatives for SimpliCD, a certificate of deposit program that enables credit unions to easily invest substantial funds in federally insured CDs. She has been serving WesCorp members for over 30 years, holding eight different positions in WesCorp, four of which have been in the investment division. Kathy’s many years of experience and knowledge of investments and asset/liability management provide unique qualifications for her role as a Regional Relationship Manager and credit unions have come to think of her as an extension of their staff, ready to help serve their needs. Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Cal Poly, Pomona.

Denise Schiemer assists credit unions with quantifying and analyzing their balance sheets, as well as structuring their portfolios to meet their individual needs. She has been with the corporate for more than 16 years, the last 11 in the investment arena daily managing members' liquidity and investment portfolios. Utilizing her six years of prior experience in the Operations department, she located and structured investment opportunities for the member credit unions.
