Business Continuity Exercise scheduled for August
On Thursday evening, August 21, through Friday, August 22, WesCorp will be conducting a day-long test of our business continuity plan. While every effort is being made to keep the exercise transparent to our members, we want to call your attention to a few areas that will be affected during this time.
Check images on Member Center will be limited to a 90-day (three calendar months) history. This means that you will be able to view images only for items that cleared from May 21 through August 21. The same temporary limitation will also affect home banking image availability through our Snapshot service. We will resume the standard four-year image availability no later than 5 a.m. on Monday, August 25.
Same day data and images for member share drafts or check collection returns also will not be available on August 22.
All Internet-facing systems will be migrated to our dedicated continuity site. This will result in a temporary change in our IP addresses. Any of our members who are currently utilizing access controls that include firewall rules, web content filters, internal proxy servers, hard-coded hosts files or DNS entries, or other methods of restricting access must review the configuration of those devices:
Production Pa Production Enterprise Network IP range = 208.73.100.0/22
BCP Enterprise Network IP range = 66.10.205.128/25
Production Payments / File Transfer IP range = 71.138.0.0/25
BCP Production Payments / File Transfer IP range = 206.114.19.128/25
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time of business continuity testing. If you have any questions, please call our Member Call Center at (800) 772-2243.
