More and More Credit Unions Are Using the Member Center

As 2008 draws to a close, the Member Center celebrates an extremely successful first year of service as your free WesCorp online interface and information source. A host of new features and tools have been added and the popularity of the “optional” content in the Executive and Invest views is soaring.

The numbers are growing
While it may come as no surprise to learn that 99 percent of WesCorp’s member credit unions use WAVE, the operational view of the Member Center, it is very encouraging to see that nearly 900 individuals at over 43 percent of our member credit unions are finding value in the portal’s additional Executive and Invest content---and these numbers are increasing every month!

Great feedback
Member feedback has been very favorable throughout the year, with a large number of suggestions for improvement or requests for extra content coming from our members via a combination of formal and informal surveys. Many of the enhancements made during 2008 have been in direct response to member suggestions. The surveys will continue in 2009 as we seek your help in making the Member Center even more convenient and easy to use.
