Calling WesCorp Just Got Easier
You now have the opportunity when calling WesCorp’s Member Call Center to quickly reach the expert who specializes in your particular area of need.
For example, if you need help with ACH Services, you can choose to have your call routed straight to an ACH specialist, who will then provide you with the high-quality responsiveness and assistance you have a right to expect from WesCorp.
How will it work?
When you call the Member Call Center, you will hear a brief recorded greeting, just as you do today. Then you will make a numerical selection. The options are specific, but you may also press zero for assistance at any time.
Here is the selection menu:
IMAGEin, Check Imaging, Snapshot support and Webcast technical support, press 2.
ACH Services, press 3.
WAVE and Member Center, press 4.
Share Draft, Check Collection, and Lockbox, press 5.
Wires and Securities Safekeeping, press 6.
Cash Orders, Certificate Purchases and all other services or inquires, press7.
