Celebrating 40 Years of Serving Member Credit Unions
Mark your calendars today to attend WesCorp’s premier educational showcase on May 18–21—the 2009 Annual Meeting & Future Forum. The event will be held at Disneyland’s Grand Californian Hotel in Anaheim, Calif. As the financial services landscape becomes increasingly competitive, the need for credit unions to distinguish themselves from other providers—not just banks—becomes paramount. While most of us acknowledge the value and benefits of being cooperatively owned financial institutions focused on providing value to consumers, we face a number of challenges in leveraging that unique proposition.

Join us for WesCorp’s 2009 Future Forum where you’ll hear from an extraordinary assembly of some of the most outstanding speakers on such relevant topics as the global and U.S. economies, innovative business and accounting strategies, and practical approaches to excellence.

Don’t miss this opportunity to make a difference for your credit union and help us celebrate our 40-year anniversary at the 2009 Annual Meeting & Future Forum. For more information on these meetings, click here.

WesCorp Selects Digital Mailer for Operational Notifications
Effective January 1, WesCorp will use Digital Mailer as its preferred e-mail channel for delivering all business continuity and operational advisory communications. The new delivery channel offers a number of advantages over WesCorp's current notification system: For you--our members, you'll be able to modify your own profile, selecting the specific operational topics for which you need to be alerted, plus you'll now have the option of using the reply button to respond directly to WesCorp. For WesCorp, we'll have greater efficiencies in maintenance and design control, plus reduced costs.

As you know, WesCorp has been collecting e-mail information from members through a "contact profile" that allows us to target service interruption and operational advisories to the appropriate person at your credit union. To add additional staff members from your credit union, you can access the Contact Profile here. You can register as many employees from your credit union as you wish, filling out one contact profile for each person to whom the service operation notifications should be sent. Of course, you'll always have the option of opting out or "unsubscribing" to WesCorp notifications at any time.

Members having questions about the new Digital Mailer notification system are encouraged to call WesCorp Member Services & Support at (800) 442-4366, ext. 6453, or e-mail here.
